2. Data collected
Name, phone number, email address, destination, dates, number of travellers and any comments the Client provides voluntarily. Passport details are requested only where required to arrange a service, through a secure channel. The website neither receives nor stores card details.
3. Purposes of processing
Responding to enquiries, selecting a tour, processing the booking, preparing contract and payment documents, informing the Client about travel requirements and changes, and maintaining records required by law.
4. Data sharing
To the extent necessary to deliver the service, data is shared with airlines, hotels, insurers, consulates and ground partners. Data is never sold or passed to third parties for marketing. It may be disclosed to authorities where the law requires.
5. Retention and security
Data is retained for the duration of the service and for any period required by law, then deleted or anonymised. Organisational and technical safeguards protect against unauthorised access, alteration and disclosure; the site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
6. Your rights
You may request information about your data, ask for corrections, withdraw consent to processing, or request deletion where the law permits. Send requests to yunico.travel@gmail.com; they are handled within 30 days.
