Frequently asked questions
The questions clients ask most often, answered directly.
No. A request on the site is an enquiry. Your manager checks availability and sends a written offer. A booking is only guaranteed once the contract and payment are confirmed.
The site price is a “from” figure based on specific dates and double occupancy. The final amount is confirmed in the written offer, based on the chosen hotel, dates and scope of services, and holds for the period stated there.
Payment is made by transfer to the company’s official bank account or through the electronic payment link tied to your booking reference. We never ask for payment to a private individual’s card.
No. Only the relevant country’s consulate decides on approval or refusal. We assist with preparing documents, completing the form and submitting it. Consular fees are not refunded in the event of refusal.
The refund is calculated from the value of services not delivered, less non-refundable costs from the airline, hotel, consulate and insurer. Each tour page shows the cancellation scale; exact terms are set in the contract.
On outbound tours medical insurance is included and mandatory. The sum insured, covered events and exclusions are stated in the policy and the contract annex. Tell us in advance about chronic conditions or pregnancy.
Yes. Child discounts depend on hotel and airline rules and are calculated separately in the offer. If a minor travels with one parent or a third party, notarised consent is required.
Yes — this is our main way of working. Tell us the destination, dates, budget and requirements and we will prepare a costed tailor-made offer.
Data is used only to arrange your services and is shared, to the extent necessary, with the airline, hotel, insurer or consulate. It is never sold to third parties for marketing. See the privacy policy for details.
On working days usually within a few hours, and at most within 24 hours. Requests sent at the weekend are handled on the next working day.
